Word game
Name City Plant Animal
The server picks a letter, the clock starts, everybody writes at the same time. An answer
nobody else found scores full marks; if someone wrote the same thing, it is worth half.
The scoring of the classic pen-and-paper game, without the paper.
- Players
- 2-10
- Length
- ~10 minutes
- Rounds
- 3, 5 or 8
- 1Pick the categories. Four to six of them — name, city, plant, animal, object and more.
- 2The letter drops, the clock runs. 45, 60 or 90 seconds per round; the host decides.
- 3Scores on screen. Unique answer 10, shared answer 5, blank 0. Every answer is read out together the moment the round ends.

Draw and guess
Draw & Guess
When it is your turn, only you see the word — then you start drawing. The room types its
guesses and whoever gets there first scores most. Drawing skill is optional; the bad ones
are usually funnier anyway.
- Players
- 3-10
- Length
- ~10 minutes
- Rounds
- Up to 8
- 1Only the artist sees the word. Everyone else gets a blank canvas.
- 280 seconds to draw. Guesses go into the chat; a correct one is caught automatically and never leaks to the others.
- 3Early guesses win. Points depend on how quickly the answer arrived — and the artist earns a share of every correct guess.

Tile game

101 Okey
106 tiles, four seats and the real 101 rules. You open with at least 101 points, lay off
onto other players' melds once you are open, and the first to empty their rack takes the
hand. Head, pairs and penalty points included — the same table you know from the tea house.
- Players
- Exactly 4
- Length
- ~25 minutes
- Match
- 3, 5 or 11 hands
- 1101 points to open. Nothing goes on the table until your melds and runs add up to 101. The joker is one above the indicator.
- 230 seconds a turn. You draw from the player on your left and discard to the one on your right. When time runs out the turn passes by itself, so the table never stalls.
- 3Portrait or landscape. On a phone you choose the first time you sit down: in portrait the rack becomes three rows and the game plays one-handed.

Pick a game
Join a room from the Games tab or create your own. The host sets the room name, the number of rounds and the timer.
2
Share the code
Every room has a six-character code. Whoever you send it to types it into the lobby box and lands straight at your table.
3
Play
The game starts once enough players are in. If your connection drops, your seat is held — you pick up where you left off.
Frequently asked questions
Are TekChat games free?
Yes. All three games are free and nothing has to be purchased to play.
Do I need to install an app?
No. The games run in the browser on both phone and computer at tekchat.com.tr/app. An Android app is also available if you prefer one.
How do I invite my friends?
Every room you create gets a six-character code. Whoever you send it to types it into the lobby box and lands straight in your room. Password-protected rooms only let in people who know the password.
How many players does it take?
Name City takes 2-10 players, Draw & Guess 3-10, and 101 Okey exactly 4. Up to 10 people can enter an okey room; those who cannot take a seat watch as spectators.
Can I play 101 Okey without turning my phone sideways?
Yes. The first time you sit down at the table you are asked whether you want portrait or landscape. In portrait the rack becomes three rows and the game can be played one-handed with the phone upright. You can switch later from the button on the table.
Are the games separate from the chat rooms?
Games have their own rooms, but you enter with the same TekChat account. Your friends list, profile and badges carry over.
